At Peppy, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Log into your Peppy account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your digital confirmation.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
